The Kenmore residents are a close-knit family always helping each other out, working together to make our home the best that it can be. We are located on beautiful Boca Ciega Bay in the Townshores of Gulfport community. We are just a short walk to downtown Gulfport, a versatile community that always has so much to offer. We are centrally located, just a short drive to vibrant down town St.Pete or the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. There are so many events, so much culture, music, trendy restaurants and places to see. You can always find something to do whatever the mood.

Feel like staying closer to home?  Enjoy all the amenities Townshores has to offer. Relax by one of the beautiful pools, get in on the action on the pickleball/tennis courts, bocce courts or billiards hall just to name a few. Join in on the social scene at one of our weekly gatherings or clubs.
